An app rebuilt from scratch

The Orkelis mobile app has been entirely rebuilt to offer a smooth and instant experience. Available on iOS and Android, it allows employees to view their schedule, manage shift swaps, and submit requests, all from their smartphone.

Offline mode

The schedule is synced locally on the phone. Even without internet (in a dead zone, a warehouse basement, or a restaurant cellar), your employees can access their hours. Sync resumes automatically when the network returns.

Simplified swaps

An employee wants to swap a shift? In two taps, they propose their slot to eligible colleagues. The swap is submitted for manager approval (or automatically approved based on your rules). Everyone is notified in real time.

Smart notifications

No more notification spam. The app only sends relevant information: shift start reminders (configurable), schedule changes affecting you, responses to swap requests, and urgent alerts from your manager.
