Integrate Orkelis with Microsoft Outlook

Microsoft 365 integration

Orkelis integrates natively with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Schedules are synced with Outlook, and Exchange calendar availabilities are automatically taken into account.

Setup

1. Azure AD connection

Go to Settings > Integrations > Microsoft 365. Authentication uses Azure AD for a secure connection without storing passwords.

2. Required permissions

Orkelis only requires read/write access to the calendar. No access to emails or files is requested.

Advanced features

Exchange meeting rooms can be integrated as resources in Orkelis, enabling intelligent scheduling that accounts for space availability.
